1. Agreed. Since some of the industry has moved to remote depositions via video conferencing, (ZOOM, Teams, etc.) some workflows require post-production. TCP users may receive higher than normal resolution videos. IPRO suggests to check resolution on said videos before replacing them. If the video has a size higher than 1920x1080 (such as 4k) you must convert to 1920x1080 or lower. Once the videos have been normalized, replace using the steps above.

 2. Good morning! Records that have been reviewed as part of a review batch will still be present in the batch, even after they have been marked as reviewed. If they are marked as reviewed, they will appear highlighted in green when viewed within their own review batch.

 3. Hi MMCSPGF, Thanks for reaching out on IPRO Community! For this issue you'll want to get the Arial Unicode MS font and install it to your local machine. You may also need to REMOVE any fonts that are listed BEFORE the Arial Unicode MS font from the C:\Windows\Fonts directory to get the extracted text tab to display properly.

 4. Dear KTK, It is not possible to redact field data from an export set. Here is how I would approach this issue: I would first make a new editable field in your review case using Eclipse Admin called "Redacted Subject" and make your normal subject field editable in Eclipse Admin's > Database Field's Field Security settings. For any documents with redacted subjects, I would copy the subject data to the redacted subject field so you have that data still present on your side and delete the subject data value from the normal subject field or replace it with "-SUBJECT REDACTED-". When you export your DAT file, only export the original subject field and do not export the redacted subject field. This will allow you to provide the subject field in your production while also not providing redacted subject information. Hope this helps, Nick Hadder Technical Support Engineer

 7. From time to time we get requests on assisting with moving an authorization server. There are many reasons why someone might want to do this, but if you forget to do some small steps, it will result in having to call Ipro Support to clear everything for you before you can reauthorize. This also affects moving serial numbers for Classic products between machines as well. So to help make things easier the next time you need to move your authorization, here is how to do it without needing to call in. Online Authorizations On the ORIGINAL authorization machine, open the Ipro Auth Manager. Note for eScan-IT and Copy+ this can be accessed manually by going to the install location Click on Authorization Management > Remote Management > Deactivate Install the Ipro Auth Manager on your NEW authorization machine and input your ClientID and Serial number from the other machine. If it is already installed, click on Authorization Management > Remote Management > Activate Ensure your get a Valid status in your Auth Manager Offline Authorizations Install the Ipro Auth Manager on your NEW authorization machine and input your ClientID and Serial number from the other machine. Open the Ipro Auth Manager on the NEW machine Click on Authorization Management > DAT Management > Export Save the DAT file somewhere on your computer Email CSR@Iprotech.com with that DAT file and request for it to be authorized. You should receive a new DAT file from them Go back to the Ipro Auth Manager and click Authorization Management > DAT Management > Import Select the new DAT file you received from CSR@iprotech.com Ensure you see the Valid status in your Auth Manager For dongle users, the only thing to remember is to move the dongle from the old machine to the new machine. If you for whatever reason can no longer access the Ipro Auth Manager from the ORIGINAL machine and you are using an online authorization, please contact Ipro Technical Support to have us clear your account manually on our end so you can reauthorize on the new machine.
