1. vkoelsch, Step 1: Export out a csv of just the begdoc of the documents that are being deleted Step 2: Open in Excel and add a new column "ExtractedText" and save Step 3: Import the csv into the case using an overlay on begdoc and map extractedtext to the extractedtext system field in the Case As for the system speeds for ingestion, can you attempt an ingestion of a local file and test against the speed of an ingestion from the server location to see if this is where the slow down is occurring? Thank you, Levi Roble Technical Support Engineer 2

 7. vkoelsch, What are these system specifications on the machine that is running Eclipse SE: CPU? RAM? Storage? Network? Operating System? To expand on this notion, when performance speeds are in question, the above are a good starting point. For instance, a machine with a slower read/write speeds will slow down most actions in Eclipse SE. Also, if the data is housed on a network the network speeds (hops) can cause a slow down as well. As for deletion, I would recommend to clear out the extracted text for all the documents being deleted using an import overlay of no text prior to the deletion of the documents. This should increase the speed of deletion for these documents. Thank you, Levi Roble Technical Support Engineer 2

 13. I was looking into this question and was unable to find a way to report on what user made a redaction. I am posting this here to see if anyone else can think of a way to figure out what user made a redaction in Suite. Thank you, Levi Roble Technical Support Engineer 2

 16. There are a lot of factors that go into the TAR process and there is no way to know for sure how many validation rounds should be required for a specific cases documents. This process is validating that the training of the computer to review in the training round was done well enough. So, when the computer reviews similarly enough (F1 score being as high as close to 1 as possible and the discrepancies being as minimal as possible) to the reviewer doing the validation rounds, then this is when a TAR review should progress from the validation rounds to the certification round(s). Thank you, Levi Roble Technical Support Engineer 2

 24. Searches can be set up for data extract/processing jobs made from discovery jobs that had an index created for them. Searches are set up in the flex processor rules under the Search Criteria tag and can use dtSearch syntax. Thank you, Levi Roble Technical Support Engineer 2
