1. Julie, In order to migrate the case successfully please use the following steps 1. Export a CSE from the original case 2. Create a new case in the new location using the previously exported CSE 3. After the case is created, delete the contents of the case directory 4. Copy the contents of the original case's case directory into the newly created case's case directory 5. Navigate to Case Tools -> Manage Volume Paths -> Bulk Update File Paths and perform a find and replace in order to correct the path for where the natives/images now reside 6. Open the case and ensure that everything functions as expected

 4. Given the information you have provided I would recommend performing the following steps 1. Ensure you have a loadfile with the image in question ready to import (it sounds like you do) 2. Navigate to Case Management -> Your Case -> Database Records and then find your image in question 3. Delete the image from the record (shown below) 4. Import your load file containing the image you just deleted 5. If you continue to have issue after this it might be best to work with one of our engineers by contacting support@iprotech.com Thanks!

 7. In addition, if you have run multiple productions the image in the production history tab might be defaulting to a production other than the one you are looking for.

 13. The option described above will prompt you with the actual scanner driver. This should be the same dialogue you would see if you were to scan something outside of Eclipse SE. The option can be found under the Advanced Options as shown circled below.
