  1. Is it possible to annotate a transcript in a batch? We have several lawyers working on one file, and they each would like a 'clean' transcript to work from and not deal with another's annotations. The best way I can think to do that is to set up batches, but I notice only I (SA) can annotate them. They all have permission to annotate and are able to do so in the main database file. Any suggestions?
  2. The Field is set up as follows: Type: Text String Single Entry; Required: False; Repeating: False I made sure to at least complete the scanning of the current document and beginning some of the next before entering information into the coding field. When I went back later in the project and checked my entries... they would simply be gone.

  5. I have been doing a large scan, and have been entering the document title in the coding form as I go along so I don't forget what each one is called. When I look back, however, eScan-IT seems to have dropped the information that I entered in the documents ahead of the one I am scanning? Can you think of any reason for this?

  8. I am on the latest version of Eclipse SE (2017.3.3) and I'm not too sure I understand which dialogue you're referring to. Are you referring to the actual scanner dialogue, or is there one in Eclipse that I can change? Firstly, if you are referring to the actual scanner dialogue, mine doesn't come up before I scan directly into Eclipse. The scanner dialogue only comes up when I scan into eScan-It. If there is such a dialogue in Eclipse, can you tell me where I can find it because I don't see it?

  19. Yes, but that isn't what I am looking for, because I don't want all pages redacted in the same spot. If Eclipse is able to have a pick list, then wouldn't it have the capacity to search word to redact?

  22. Is there a way for Eclipse to recognize a name/word and then redact every instance of the name/word? For example, names in the header of an outlook document?
