  1. Yes, I was able to force the color, just forgot that setting was there. Thank you!
  2. I attempted to mark my documents with a "Confidential" tag on the top & bottom of page, when preparing the production it showed in red, but the actual production it is black type. Did I miss a setting?
  3. I have received a production set with approximately 5,000 images, 500 native files, etc. I was provided a metadata.dat load file. After matching the fields, I go to the edit native path and get the above error without opportunity to edit. I scrolled through a number of records and finally came to a document which has a native file and in the Sample Data Header the field is called "Link". Any idea how I fix this?
  4. Using the Filepath and importing each folder separately is how I have done it in the past as well.

  6. I have imported a number of deposition transcripts into multiple cases, but I unable to figure out how I get the exhibits in and linked to the transcripts. Has anyone got any ideas? Reading the user manual seems to indicate that the exhibits should be linked to the transcript before the import takes place.

  9. The .opt file contains the images. You import that just as you would a .dat file, but there are no fields to map.
