This issue occurs due to an issue within Windows 10 related to User Access Control (UAC).   11. When the Loading Grid screen appears to be hanging, the Grid is most likely set to 10,000. The Grid is loading, however, it is taking a long time as the system is creating document sets of 10,000. Follow the steps below to workaround this issue. 1. Create a new blank case. 2. Open this case and set the Grid to 100. 3. Close this case and open the impacted case. 4. Delete the blank case if it is no longer needed.

  13. 1. Confirm you are not using a Coding Form? The tag will need to be added to the Coding Form. 2. Please try using the Reset Default Tag Palette to see if that will allow the tag to appear. 3. Use Modify Tag Display and then select the tag from the list to add the tag to the Tag Palette.

  15. I added tags to an existing tag palette in the Admin module. When I go into the Desktop SE, the tags are not in the tag palette. I tried refreshing the tag palette, but it still is not there.
