Hello All,

Just recently encountered a very strange error within Eclipse SE, wherever OCR can occur.

The error:

From OCR in Admin:

DocSaveResultsToFile() error. Return=-14. on page: xxxxxxxx

The Issue:

When attempting to OCR any module of Eclipse SE, the software will either hang or return the error.

The Cause:

At this point, we are still unsure of the main cause of the issue, but it looks like there may be conflicting/missing data within the User's profile that causes this error.

Known Resolutions/Workarounds:

-Delete User Profile from the machine, and then re-download (login to the Computer).

This error seems very specific, and there may be another conflicting software that causes this issue. If more information is found on this, the topic will be updated.

*******UPDATE********

You don't need to remove the User Profile! We found that clearing temp files from C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp will help resolve this. The files we removed are .CVR and .TMP files from the Temp folder that were more than 1 day older.
