If you have a streaming job in eCapture where X number of document were processed, Y number of documents were filtered out, and Z number of Documents were exported, but the numbers don't seem to ADD up, this is because if one document fails in a family, the entire family is held back from being exported. You can verify this by pulling up your Streaming job in eCapture QC, viewing all of the exceptions, and making sure to uncheck the two options to separate families. This will allow you to view the specific items that failed as well as the other members of their family that were held back from exporting. You can then try to fix all of the errors and then make sure everything is exported by publishing errors.
