When dealing with files in your case, think of TrialDirector as a pointer to the original files on the computer. TrialDirector will always look the original location that you imported the files from to find them, unless you tell it otherwise. With that in mind, we have found for the best results, that you first move all your files to a location that you are going to use them in before importing them into your Case. Typically the simplest method for this is in a folder for the Case at the root of the C: drive, or whatever drive you want to use.
