Creating a Case

When creating a new case, keep the location as simple as possible. We recommend a folder on the root of the C:\ Drive for the case to reside. If you need other people to access it, be sure to place it on a network location that everyone has Read\Write Access to.

Pro Tip: Save your database in the same location as your source files. Doing so will ensure that all files relating to your case remain together. This makes it easier to copy or move your case from one drive to another.
