Video Not Displaying?

Not seeing your video playing in TimeCoder Pro, on a new computer?

It could be that the Display setting is too high on the computer for TimeCoder to render the video on-screen.

If you close the application, then right click on the TimeCoder Pro shortcut for your desktop, and select the properties.

Click on the Compatibility Tab.

Once you are on there, check the box for "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings."

When you re-launch TimeCoder Pro, you should be able to see the video files now.
