Nick Redwine
If you are receiving an error during the Q/C check in the Chronological Multimedia Check that means that your media is out of order. Go into Multimedia, Multimedia Manager and make sure your video files are in the right order. If you are receiving an error during the Q/C check, in the Out-of-Sequence Timecodes Check, it means that some timecodes from later video files are placed earlier in the transcript. If you manually stamped the transcript go over your work and make sure you were on the correct video. If it was automatically synced check the header at the beginning of the transcript as there may be extra timecodes. If you are receiving an error during the Q/C check, in the Missing Timecodes Check, it usually means there are lines in the transcript that TimeCoder thinks needs timestamps that don’t have any. Turn on Q/C mode by pressing the Q/C button at the top. Scroll through the transcript and look for any red lines. If those lines are not spoken in the video, mark them as unspoken using the letter x on the keyboard.
