Can iPRO import images directly using a OPT file? or must i convert it into an LFP file?

I am having issues with the LFP (that i got out of iConvert from an OPT file), basically i have a doc-level numbering production with multi-page tiffs; the LFP looks something like this:

ABC00001,D,1,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00001.tif;2

ABC00002,,2,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00001.tif;2

ABC00003,,3,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00001.tif;2

ABC00002,D,1,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00002.tif;2

ABC00002,,2,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00002.tif;2

ABC00003,D,1,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00003.tif;2

The actual documents are ABC00001 to ABC00003, but notice how in the load file the page increment from the first doc's second and third page overlapping with subsequent document's bates.

After loading the documents, i notice the images dont lineup properly with the actual documents so i wonder if the load file being like this was the reason; if so would it help if i "modify" the load file to look something this instead?

ABC00001,D,1,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00001.tif;2

ABC00001-2,,2,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00001.tif;2

ABC00001-3,,3,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00001.tif;2

ABC00002,D,1,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00002.tif;2

ABC00002-1,,2,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00002.tif;2

ABC00003,D,1,@VOL01;.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00003.tif;2

Thanks for your help

The modification will work, however, isn't there a unique "bates/production" number on each page of the document? If yes, the load file should reflect the unique page/bates number for each page, like your modified example. Image load files are page based, whether a lfp or opt file. There has to be a line entry for every page in the collection.

Thanks Terri!

No there is not a unique bates assignment to the individual pages, so technically "ABC00001-2" and "ABC00001-3" do not exist but they are only there to provide a "unique" value per line.

This is what the OPT looks like, it is not a single-page setup, would eclipse se have trouble lining up images using an OPT like this?

ABC00001,VOL01,.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00001.tif,Y,,,3

ABC00002,VOL01,.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00002.tif,Y,,,2

ABC00003,VOL01,.\VOL01\IMAGES\IMG001;ABC00003.tif,Y,,,1

Yes, the issue is that you would only see the first page of each document. The image load files require a line/page entry for every page in each document. Your workaround of assigning a suffix to each page is the best way to deal with this file format.
