Administrators Michael Atkin Posted March 9, 2018 Administrators Share Posted March 9, 2018 If you notice an error or issue related to the Blackice drivers on an eCapture Worker, often just reinstalling them will alleviate the problem. In order to do this follow the steps below: To uninstall the Balckice drivers, run the "PremiumCaptureUninstall.cmd" as an administrator in "Program files(x86)\Ipro Tech\eCapture\_InstallSpecific\BlackIce\NT"Then, to reinstall the drivers, run the "PremiumCatureInstall8.cmd" as an administratorDouble check the "Devices and Printers" section of the Windows Control Panel and make sure that one of the Blackice printer drivers are set as the default printer (green checkmark).
