Guest Daniel Hahnke Posted March 9, 2018 Share Posted March 9, 2018 There could be several reasons for this: First and foremost, check in either Auth Manager or System Management to see if the license shows up. If for some reason the license does show up but you're still unable to run x64 bit ingestion your case was most likely created before running x64 bit ingestion, causing the case to be stuck at x32 bit ingestion. I have good news though, to get around this all you need to do is export your case using a DLF (make sure to include everything, including tags/etc), create a new case, import the DLF via the import utility, then run x64 bit ingestion.
