Guest jmiddleton101
I called support to obtain the update for Trial Director and was told that the update is only available for the standalone version, not the network version. They are still working on trying to create an update for the network version. Their advice to me was to uninstall the Microsoft Creators Update 1803. Unfortunately, with the way that Windows 10 handles updates, this will only temporarily resolve the issue (if it doesn't break something else) until the update is automatically downloaded and installed by Windows 10 again. IPRO Employee Andrew Coody Posted May 31, 2018 IPRO Employee Share Posted May 31, 2018 jmiddleton101 You are correct, though, that this will be a temporary fix. I can only recommend that you disable Windows updates on Windows 10 machines for now until the network version's patch is available (no ETR to my knowledge at the time of this post). I do apologize for the inconvenience experienced. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues.
Escalation Engineer Chris F Posted May 31, 2018 Escalation Engineer Share Posted May 31, 2018 @jmiddleton101 Thanks for using our community forums. We've sent the latest TrialDirector 6 Network release to you via the last support ticket you created. That release is compatible with the Microsoft April 2018 update. Please respond to that ticket if you have any further questions.
