IPRO TrialDirector 6.8 Support on Windows 10 and Windows 11


Please see below for TrialDirector 6.8 supported operating systems and operating system builds/versions:

TrialDirector 6.8.2070.2019 (Final Release)


Windows 11
(All Windows 11 Versions) NOT SUPPORTED
(IPRO Support will not remote in or assist with any TrialDirector 6.8 deployments on
Windows 11.  Windows 11 Virtual Machines are also not supported.  No exceptions.)

 

Windows 10 - Virtual Machines
(All Windows 10 versions - Virtual Machines / VM's ) NOT SUPPORTED
(IPRO Support will not remote in or assist with any TrialDirector 6.8 deployments on a VM such as VirtualBox, VMWare or Hyper-V.  No exceptions.)


Windows 10
Version 1903 (May 2019 Update)  SUPPORTED
(All users have to be in maintenance and in good standing to receive support)

Windows 10
Version 1909 (November 2019 Update)  LIMITED SUPPORT
Version 2004 (May 2020 Update)  LIMITED SUPPORT
Version 20H2 (October 2020 Update)  LIMITED SUPPORT
Version 21H1 (May 2021 Update)  LIMITED SUPPORT
Version 21H2 (November 2021 Update) LIMITED SUPPORT
( IPRO Support may require you to roll back your system to version 1903 or install to system that has version 1903 to rectify the issue)

 

Windows 10

Version 1511 (November Update)  NOT SUPPORTED
Version 1607 (Anniversary Update) NOT SUPPORTED
Version 1703 (Creators Update)  NOT SUPPORTED
Version 1709 (Fall Creators Update)  NOT SUPPORTED
Version 1803 (April 2018 Update)  NOT SUPPORTED
Version 1809 (October 2018 Update)  NOT SUPPORTED
( These are older versions of Windows 10 and are not supported by IPRO.  No exceptions)


Mac OS  (Apple)
Any Version:    NOT SUPPORTED
Parallels:    NOT SUPPORTED
(Users may Install TrialDirector 6.8 into a BootCamp session of their Mac that already has Windows 10 installed.  IPRO will NOT perform this service for the user.  Use the above version list as a reference on what is supported.  Parallels and other VM's are not supported, no exceptions.
