Eclipse is freezing/locking up

When viewing images, the document viewer is freezing/locking up. I need to launch the Windows Task Manager and Force Close Internet Explorer in order to get Eclipse to respond again. While in Task Manager, I noticed that Windows Presentation Foundation Host (32-bit) is consuming a significant amount of CPU. It's over 50%.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

1. Windows Presentation Host fix provided by Microsoft.

2. Delete the FontCache3.0.0.0.dat files, if it exists, from the following folder: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local

3. Install the latest .NET Framework 4.5 from Microsoft
