eScan-IT and slipsheets during scanning

A question that has come up in the past, but is not well documented due to a few variables is:

"Why are my freshly printed slipsheets not recognized as slipsheets when scanning?"

The answer is usually attributed to 2 different factors. The color of the paper printed to, and the color depth of the scan session.

The darker the paper that contains the printed slipsheets, the less likely eScan-It will detect it properly.

Pastels or white paper are recommended for this reason.

Additionally, scanning prep sheets was designed to only work properly with B/W selected for the scanner settings.

Color paper will not work, if scanning in color.
