If you receive this error there are a couple things you will need to check:

1. Are the endpoints for Eclipse Admin correct? Go to the Eclipse Admin config file "C:\Program Files\Ipro Tech\Eclipse\Admin\Eclipse Admin.exe.config" to check the endpoints.

2. Are you able to load database fields and records in Case Management? If not, a group that the case was using was most likely removed from Administration > Groups and now needs to be removed from the case. If you are unable to remove the group from the case please call support and we can assist. If you are SQL savvy, verify what GroupID's in dbo.FieldGroupOverride in the Eclipse case is missing from Membership.Groups in the Nucleus Config (Add Config) database.

Back up the dbo.FieldGroupOverride table and remove the GroupID(s) missing in Membership.Groups from dbo.FieldGroupOverride.
