Ipro Authorization Manager -- Unable to Connect to Service!!

Hello,

 

If you are opening the Ipro Authorization Manager (whether with eScan-IT or another software) and you receive the error:

 

Unable to connect to service!

 

Please ensure the Ipro Authorization Service is running. The error indicates the manager cannot connect to the Ipro Authorization Service. Most of the time, this is usually caused by the service not being started.

 

Additionally, check to make sure the IP Address within the Ipro Authorization Manager matches the configured IP address for the Ipro Authorization Service.
