To delete production from a case follow the below steps:

1. In Eclipse Admin click the Production Tab > Create Production

2. Select the Case from the list and then click the Production History Tab (The Production History tab will list all the productions that have been written back to the Production History Tables)

3. Select the Production you wish to delete and then click 'Delete'

-This will delete the production from the production history tables and remove it from the production image tab. It does not remove the PROD values if they were written back to the case (PRODBEG,PRODEND,etc..)

To delete the production metadata fields:

1. Navigate to Client/Case Management

2. Select Global Search and Replace under Case Tools > Select the case

3. Move the Production Fields over to the selected fields column

4. Select the option "Delete Data in Field" > Click Start

The above steps will delete the production from the case production tables and then remove the production number values from the production metadata fields.

One thing to note about deleting the production metadata - be aware that this method deletes ALL values from the ProdBeg, ProdEnd, ProdBegAtt, ProdEndAtt fields!

If you have multiple production numbers written to your Production Fields and have chosen to Append to existing field data rather than Overwrite on the final step of Production under Production Numbering, then you'll need to come up with an alternate method to remove the incorrect values.

I would suggest exporting out the affected records to Excel and using Text to Columns to split the data, delete the incorrect values, and then Concatenate the data back to one field. Use this fixed file to import (overlay) the corrected Production Fields back into your database.
