If multiple users suddenly can't log into Eclipse Web or even Eclipse Admin, the first suspect we check is the ADD Services web component that runs on the web server in IIS. Often recycling the ADD Services App Pool will fix this issue and users will be able to log into Eclipse again. To recycle the ADD Services app pool follow the steps below:

1. Log into the web server and open IIS (Internet Information Services)

2. On the left there is an item called "Application Pools", click on it to see a list of the application pools for the websites in the main window

3. Find the application pool named "ADD Services" and select it.

4. Either click the "Recycle" button on the right when it is selected or right-click it and select "Recycle" from the right-click menu.

5. Close Internet Explorer and then try logging into Eclipse again
