OCR Confidence Field only populating 0's in Eclipse Web

I've setup both eCapture and Eclipse to have OCR Confidence Field populated. It is getting populated with 0's for all documents even, those that were not OCR'd.

eCapture field name: [OCR_CONFIDENCE] with label OCR Confidence.

Eclipse field name: OCR Confidence

 

eCapture Controller Version: 2017.3.5

eClipse version: 17.3.2

 

OCR minimum average OCR Confidence set at 50.

Any ideas on why I'm only getting 0's?

Hi Stephen,

 

I am setting up a test on our side to see if we can reproduce this behavior and get a better idea of what might be causing it. I will also set up a ticket so we can track the progress and resolution of this issue.
