Hi Craig,

 

eCapture has an option upon discovery to treat PDF Portfolios/packages as containers. With this option enabled, the portfolio will be treated as a container with its contents extracted as separate natives. From here eCapture will extract metadata normally from each document discovered from the portfolio container. If emails are contained within the portfolio, we would expect email-specific metadata to be extracted from these documents.
